Cake Baker and Decorator

**The Role**

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate Cake baker and decorator to deliver outstanding product every time.

This is a hands-on role on the shop floor, baking and decorating as well as completing special orders running efficiently and safely.

**Key Responsibilities**

Bake and decorate cakes, donuts etc during your shifts.

- Ensure customers receive friendly, efficient service at all times
- Handle customer queries and orders.
- Innovate and keep ahead of industry trends
- Seasonal product variations
- Complete end-of-day and evening close procedures for Bakery
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, presentation, food safety and health & safety

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:
**Previous baking and decorating experience - essential**

- Strong customer service skills and a calm, friendly manner
- The ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Confidence in working in a team and being prepared to adapt to our ever
- changing environment.
- Reliability, good communication skills and a positive, “can-do” attitude

**Hours & Availability**

Full-time position (approximately 35-40 hours per week)

- Includes a variety of shifts
