**The Role**

We’re looking for an experienced Online Shopper/Delivery driver to deliver outstanding customer service every time.

This is a hands-on role on the shop floor, picking groceries for customers and delivering them in our chilled van.

**Key Responsibilities**

Picking online grocery orders, delivering groceries to customers and then supporting store in grocery if needed

Ensure customers receive friendly, efficient service at all times

- Handle customer queries and orders.
- work flexibly in a team
- Complete end-of-day and evening close procedures for online department
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, presentation, food safety and health & safety

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:
**Previous online or grocery experience - essential**

- Strong customer service skills and a calm, friendly manner
- The ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Confidence in working in a team and being prepared to adapt to our ever
- changing environment.
- Reliability, good communication skills and a positive, “can-do” attitude
- Clean drivers license

**Hours & Availability**

Full-time position (approximately 35-40 hours per week)

Includes a variety of shifts
