Teletrac Navman is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider leveraging location-based technology that empowers people managing mobile assets to move their business forward with certainty.

As the Billing Supervisor, you will manage incoming billing queries related to accurate invoicing, and complete contract pay-off summaries. You will also be required to update customers' contracts, billing plans, and POs on sales orders along with other contract details. General maintenance of customer master records is required and as always, maintaining high standards and timely communication with cross-functional teams goes without saying.

**Further duties and responsibilities include**:

- Oversee tasks completed by local Billing Specialists to handle Internal and external customer queries.
- Create and distribute sales reports timely.
- Create and distribute churn revenue reports.
- Manage the credit memo processes including approval pathways.
- Manage the processing of customer churn requests.
- Promote Vision, Mission, and KPIs set by Global Billing management.
- Approve channel partner invoice requests.
- Weekly/Monthly/ Key Performance Indicators [KPI] reported as outlined.
- Work closely with various teams (CSS, AR, Sales Admin) to deliver a quick and efficient service.
- Maintain knowledge and be aware of best practices in your own discipline.
- Engage with key stakeholders and customers to understand their level of satisfaction and ensure it’s kept at a high level.
- Actively assist colleagues to drive outstanding results for the business and customer.
- Maintain positive relations between colleagues and communicate project information to the team. Work with others in an open and collaborative manner.
- Suggest ways to improve the way the team operates/works together.
- Actively engage in team discussions, helping provide ideas and solutions.
- Be proactive in problem-solving and be able to pull information from a variety of sources.
- Actively contribute towards system and process development for all associated systems (Salesforce, SAP, etc.) to further drive efficiencies and to meet the changing needs of the business.

To be successful in this role, you will be equipped with:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Experience in working with Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Experience in working with SAP is essential.
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM would be an advantage.
- Passionate in customer service and relationship building.
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
- Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to take ownership, be held accountable, and achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders.
- Able to work with a diverse array of people, challenging in a non-confrontational way and building successful working relationships.
- Working knowledge of GPS & fleet management technology is a plus, but not necessary.
- Establishes a course of action for self to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively, rigorously, and manages times and resources effectively.
