Our Workshop team is looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Mount Wellington team
In this position, you’ll be working closely with the Coordinator and Supervisors to ensure general administration is completed.
There will be variety of tasks from assisting incoming calls, data entry, reconciliation, cost coding including a strong focus on accurate generation of monthly accurate billing.
In addition to the above you will:
- Assist with general office duties as and when required- Planning and organising- Provide support with AP and AR (accounts payable/receivable)- Actively collaborate with joint Administrator on EOM Billings and reporting

We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in generating and compiling reports- Microsoft Suite competent including Excel- Strong time management skills and organisation skills- Data entry and database management experience- Advanced skills in procedures for systems coordination and general business administration- Always prepared to go the extra mile
