Mō te Tūranga | About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Contract Supervisor to join our FMCG Warehouse Team. This key role will ensure the smooth operation of our multi-user warehouse, supporting approximately 15 customers with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise daily with customers, carriers, and transport teams to address requirements and inquiries.
- Manage all customer communications and create comprehensive weekly/monthly reports.
- Oversee billing processes, health & safety administration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide effective support and advice to staff, promoting a collaborative team environment.
- Deliver high-quality service and efficiently resolve queries from internal and external customers.

To be successful in this role, you'll need a strong commitment to cultivating professional communication with customers, site personnel, and other departments, ensuring we meet our commercial and operational KPIs.

Experience / Qualifications:

- Minimum Year 12/13 education; Certificate or Diploma preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in office administration systems, advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, SAP), and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to motivate and support others.
