**The Opportunity**

This role is part strategy, part delivery and above all, about developing and r frontline leaders. Using your expertise in Leader Enablement, you’ll help us build the best programs and tools to grow our Frontline Leader capability. We are an agile and dynamic environment, so we will be looking to continually improve what we do and how we do it. You’ll be a big part of that.

**The Role**:

- The Enablement Manager is accountable for providing the right knowledge, assets, tools and processes to enable our frontline leaders to help their teams deliver on customer outcomes.
- Develop, implement, deliver, embed, optimise and assess Leader enablement programs to improve the capability and effectiveness of our Sales & Success Leaders to embed sales and service skills.
- Optimise the sales & support leader operating rhythms including development, refinement, enablement, implementation, and execution including playbooks.
- Identify and/or manage sales & support leaders’ tools to increase efficiencies and effectiveness
- Future thinking to identify and implement new leader enablement concepts to optimise results
- Lead and implement the Leader Coaching Certification process

**What you will bring**:

- Advanced expertise in identifying behaviours and skills and lifting the performance of frontline leaders.
- 5+ years experience as a Sales or Success leader preferably in the B2B software and/or SaaS space prior to moving into Leader Enablement
- Proven experience in developing capability programs, understanding of competency-based training frameworks
- Advanced coaching techniques to improve performance and support development
- Extensive experience facilitating leader training and skill-based knowledge
