Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunityThe Programme Enablement Manager within our Regulatory Strategic Programmes team, you will lead a team of over 100 employees and contractors. You will be responsible for ensuring the right capability is provided to support the delivery of projects and programmes. This will include the design and ongoing management of a long term resourcing model, people and budget management, and leading the programme and project capability uplift activities. This is a complex role that will require exceptional communication and people management skills, forward thinking and planning ability. You will need an expert understanding of strategic workforce planning, and change leadership. Ko koe tēnei | About youTo be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Proven strong leadership experience with significant experience in capability development
- Ability to translate strategic concepts into priorities, plans and outcomes
- Experience in leading change management and continuous improvement initiatives to drive performance and build capability
- Experience in continuous improvement initiatives to drive performance and build capability
- Proven experience in workforce planning, ideally within a programme environment
- Experience in building credibility and influencing relationships across a range of stakeholders to deliver change
- An understanding of Government sector and regulatory policies and processes is preferred
