This is a key strategic role where you will enable the success of our long-standing partners in the General Insurance portfolio. Our partners include ANZ, AMP, Wealthpoint and Turners (DPL). This role sits alongside the partnership managers and ensures Vero’s partners are supported in meeting their customers’ general insurance needs, and in turn, delivers increasing revenue, profitability and growth.
At its heart, this role enables our distribution partners, who offer partner branded and Vero branded General Insurance products, to be successful in ensuring their customers protect what matters.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Fostering strategic relationships and promoting growth across Corporate Partnerships to maximise results.
- Working with internal stakeholders to deliver a cohesive service/value proposition that maximises acquisition of new business and retention of GWP across all partnerships.
- Enable the delivery of identified strategic enablers agreed with our partners to drive profitable growth and ensure that the needs of our customers and policyholders are met.
- Driving the execution of the Corporate Partner Business plans through internal engagement.
- Business area representative for internal programmes of work that impact multiple partners.
- Leading the delivery of key initiatives and projects as required.
- Monitor, analyse and report on multiple sources of information to identify performance and market trends and insights to deliver reports and appropriate strategies.
- Extend as applicable enablement support to the broader Partnerships and Experience team
**Key Job Requirements**:
- Demonstrated strategic business relationship management experience, ideally in the insurance or financial services industry
- Project/programme management/Business Ownership
- Successful intermediated insurance experience - Desirable
- Delivery and change experience, with a focus on digital and digital enablement
- Demonstrated ability in developing, monitoring and achieving complex commercial business plans/strategies with supporting budgets
- Excellent communication skills and ability to write commercial business proposals and documents
- Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills
