**About the Opportunity**
Fonterra is seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Ingredients Enablement x 2 to design and implement sales standards, frameworks, and best practices across our Global Markets Ingredients team.
Reporting to the GM Transformation & Enablement, Global Markets - Ingredients, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing sales performance, driving alignment with strategic goals, and supporting regional teams in adopting world-class practices.
Based at Fanshawe St, Auckland, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of sales enablement within Fonterra,
Key responsibilities will include:
- Establishing Sales Standards: Develop and implement frameworks to ensure consistent, effective sales practices across the organisation.
- Defining Best Practices: Create advanced sales management approaches, including account planning methodologies and sales strategies, to drive measurable improvements in sales outcomes.
- Compliance Monitoring: Design robust frameworks to monitor adherence to sales best practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Regional Change Leadership: Partner with regional sales leaders to identify opportunities, lead change initiatives, and drive the adoption of best practices.
- Capability Development: Collaborate with the Central Learning team to design and deploy tailored learning solutions that address capability gaps and align with strategic objectives.
**About You**
As the Head of Ingredients Enablement, you will have a deep understanding of sales methodologies, digital platforms, and customer-focused strategies.
You will be skilled in leading large-scale projects and ensuring seamless adoption of new processes.
As an analytical and strategic thinker, you can refine strategies, measure success, and align programs with business goals.
You will also have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5-7+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or similar roles, ideally within the food or manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing sales frameworks and driving behavioural and process improvements.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, sales enablement tools, and data analysis.
