We are seeking 1 store Managers, As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible to manage Store operations in all aspects to grow the business and also maintaining high standards of service and food quality. In addition, you will be tasked with the following duties: In addition, you will be tasked with the following duties: Job tasks and responsibilities:

- To ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- To ensure compliance with legal requirements of standards of food.
- To ensure that all stock levels are up to date and service standards are developed and maintained including maintaining records of stock levels.
- To add, remove and checking stock levels and also in charge of all stock purchases.
- To plan and prepare pricing policies and price setting by reviewing merchandising activities.
- To promote and advertise store goods and services.
- To select, hire and organise training of new staff members.
- To Maintain regular communication with Management and Staff Members.
- Must have a knowledge of Computer, Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint,computer programs, *To deal with the Accountant for PAYE and GST related purposes.
- To deal with Government/ Compliance organisations, for example Police and Council Officers.
- Ensure Cleanliness and tidiness of the Store at all times.
- Responsible for daily banking, staff rosters and staff wages/salaries.
- Advertising, sales promotion and display plans, determining additional needed sales promotion.
- Analysing, operating the financial statements for profitability ratios.
- To maintain records of financial transactions.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage team under high pressure
- Ability to work on Weekend's
- Ability to work unsupervised for day to day routine matters
- Be punctual
- Be Drug free Experience: - Six months relevant experience is preferred. Hours and Position:

- It is full time permanent job with minimum hours 30 hours per week.

Hourly Pay Rate: - $28 to $32 per hour

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
