In this key role, you will be working as part of our tight-knit and supportive team to help deliver to our ambition to make every Kiwi more financially successful. You will be using your individual personality and interpersonal style to make a connection with your customer; work to understand their broader financial needs and goals; and provide the appropriate solution where you can.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:

- Ability to learn and be knowledgeable about what you do - experience in lending will be advantage we want you to hit the ground running & Delegated lending authority (DLA) would be a huge advantage
- Have great attention to detail, exceptional communications skills & ability to get things done right the first time.
- Proven ability to grow sustainable relationships.
- Banking experience or exposure to the financial services industry is essential.
- Can think “outside the box” to provide a solution to delight the customer

Hours are Monday to Friday (08.30 - 17.00) total 40 hours per week
