National Manager Gmsv Sales and Isuzu Marketing

As the National Manager in New Zealand for General Motors Specialty Vehicles (GMSV) Sales and Isuzu Marketing, you will be joining the broader General Motors Australia & New Zealand (GM ANZ) team. Your purpose is twofold, to develop and implement the product marketing plan and strategy for the Isuzu Truck product portfolio and managing the launch of new and updated products. As well as maintaining the Dealer Network and improve customer retention at GMSV dealerships. You will work closely with both the NZ Isuzu Team and GMSV ANZ Team in this role.
Your responsibilities will include:
**Isuzu**
- Developing the annual Isuzu Marketing plan and identifying the key business opportunities, while being accountable for executing this plan.
- Foster brand enthusiasm with the Isuzu NZ Dealer Network by providing information and tools to support sales.
- Lead and direct advertising, media, production and research activities during advertising processes.
**Website/Digital/Social Media Management**
- Work collaboratively with the General Manager and National Sales Manager to ensure Isuzu NZ's website is compelling and up to date. Produce reports on thew insights and trends from website traffic.
- Develop, implement and manage Isuzu's digital marketing strategy. This includes analysing campaign results via appropriate reporting.
- Manage and co-ordinate all social media strategies and activities to increase brand awareness through all channels.
**GMSV**
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to reach volume targets for the region.
- Work side by side with Dealers to develop Sales Lead Generation plans and Customer Loyalty Generation Plans. Maintain regular contact and communication with Dealers in the region.
- Have the ability to adjust Local Area Marketing plans when necessary.
- Build strong relationships with Head Office teams to ensure all strategies impacting the Dealer Network are implemented.
- Understand and implement GMSV Sales and Marketing policies and procedures to the expected level.
- Support with local press and media, including managing local press vehicles and local marketing activations.
**This is a full time, ongoing position.**
