How will you contribute?

Step into a strategic leadership role where you'll shape national sales performance and lift commercial outcomes.

You will:

  • Lead the direction, execution and results of the national sales function
  • Map opportunities, deepen customer engagement and expand market presence
  • Coach, mentor and develop a high-performing team to exceed targets
  • Strengthen key accounts and build strong commercial relationships
  • Drive sales planning, pipeline optimisation and enterprise-level execution
  • Balance strategic focus with hands-on leadership in a dynamic environment

Based in Auckland, the role includes regular national travel.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Proven track record as a high-performing sales professional
  • Experience in sales leadership, national accounts or portfolio ownership
  • Strength in business development, key account management and pipeline discipline
  • Ability to coach and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong commercial acumen and confident decision-making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Resilient, driven and effective in fast-paced environments
  • Willingness to travel nationally

Preferred (not essential)

  • Experience in commercial, construction, manufacturing or service-led industries
  • Background in operational excellence or sales management
