System and Office Administrator

EzyMarket is a fast-growing, digitally-driven commerce platform delivering innovative ecommerce solutions across a diverse product range. With a customer-centric model and rapidly expanding supplier networks, we’re scaling operations in New Zealand.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of refurbished electronic assets, including testing, grading, inventory control, pricing, and accurate online listings. The position ensures that every asset is fully traceable, compliant, correctly priced, and ready for sale across online platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Test, inspect, and grade refurbished and used electronics (mobiles, laptops, tablets, accessories)
- Perform full data wiping, factory reset, and compliance checks before resale
- Manage digital asset records, including:
- Serial numbers
- IMEI numbers
- Supplier source
- Condition grade
- Create and maintain accurate, SEO-optimised product listings
- Ensure pricing accuracy based on condition, market demand, and stock age
- Control inventory lifecycle from intake → refurbishment → listing → dispatch
- Track physical assets vs system stock to prevent losses and mismatches
- Conduct pre-dispatch verification to ensure correct item is shipped
- Maintain audit-ready asset registers for internal and compliance use
- Reduce returns, disputes, and chargebacks through strict quality control
**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in eCommerce operations, refurbished electronics, or asset handling
- Strong understanding of electronics grading standards
- High attention to data accuracy and asset traceability
- Confident using listing platforms, inventory tools, and spreadsheets
- Ability to handle high-volume stock with zero mismatch tolerance
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
