The New Zealand Post Group is well known around New Zealand for providing a vital service to all our valued customers - we are committed to proactively responding to customer need and continually improving service delivery alongside achieving better outcomes for our staff.
Based at the Dunedin Operations Centre, we are looking for a Customer Service Officer, who will deliver an exceptional level of customer service to our customers by resolving enquiries and providing solutions.
**In this role you will**:
- Communicate clearly with all our customers in a calm and professional manner
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with customers and fellow staff alike
Some of the key things you'll possess to successfully perform this role include:
- Available to work Ffll time Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 6.00pm
- Proven experience in customer service or retail to deal with a diverse range of customer queries
- A willingness to learn and take on board our policies and procedures
- Strong communication skills to engage our customers, discuss products and services that they need and provide solutions.
