**Job Description**:
- Greet, check-in and assist all VIP guests. Personally check in ALL & VIP guests where possible.
- Provide high standard of service to all hotel guests - specifically anticipating and pro-actively attending to guest requests and event/activity bookings.
- Co-Ordinate Group arrivals (including welcome), departures and check-ins and assist with activities during their stay.
- Courtesy Call VIP arrivals assisting with all requests for their stay needs.
- Ensure return guests profile notes are current and preferences are up to date.
- Be the ‘Go to’ person for all of our guests & VIP needs
- Use of TrustYou to respond to guest’s feedback, updating profile notes where required.
- Manage and take a lead in the delivery of all VIP amenities to the rooms and ensure all guest amenities are stock-taked and re-ordered as appropriate and with FOM approval.
- Co-ordinate and participate in quality steps to monitor and measure guest satisfaction during their stay.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a 5 star luxury environment, highly regarded
- Passion for high end hospitality, providing luxury, memorable service, with an absolute eye for detail.
- A demonstrated ability to build warm relationships and gain trust at all levels, initiating contact and establishing rapport easily
- Organises time and work efficiently.
