They are looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to join their team.
You will be someone who can provide high level administrative support to the Company Secretary and their team, including efficient diary management and travel management. You will ensure the monthly Board papers are prepared within the relevant timeframe and then loaded onto Diligent Boardbooks. You will also assist the Company Secretary with all governance related tasks. There is also some assistance with Board and Sub Committee meetings required. This includes assisting management to draft Board Sub Committee agendas, coordinating the delivery of papers and presentations, minute taking, and follow up action points.
You will also be offering key support to Head of Strategy & Risk including efficient confidential diary management, and travel arrangements.
You will need excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the Group, including Directors.
