**Health, Safety and Environment Advisor**:

We are looking for a Health, Safety and Environment Advisor to join our Australian team - based in Sydney, reporting to the Group Health and Safety Manager.
- Do you have a minimum three years of health, safety, and wellbeing advisory experience?
- Are you able to work independently to resolve problems?

This role will support and advise our Australian business units to ensure a safe work environment, alignment with legislative requirements and assist in the delivery of plans in line with Scott’s health, safety, and wellbeing strategy. In addition, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other regions globally, providing valuable support and guidance as needed. This is a challenging and rewarding position that offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our employees and the success of our business.

You will be working closely with Australia senior leadership team in driving health and safety engagement, continue improving the health, safety and management system, and leading audits and other assurance programs.

Strong leadership skills and effective verbal and written communication are essential for this role; your ability to influence and coach at all levels is vital in continuing to drive maturity in our health and safety journey.
