**KNOW THE ROLE**

Blue Illusion are looking for someone with a passion for customer service and fashion. You will join a small and engaging team passionate about their customer and product.

The part time roster is 20 hours per week.

Working in the Blue Illusion boutiques can be varied from day to day. Throughout the week you will be required to process deliveries, online fulfilment, service customers in the fitting room and shop floor and there will be periods of time when you will be working alone. Retail is extremely rewarding but can be physically demanding.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver excellent customer service to maximise financial performance and targets
- Responsible for opening and closing the boutique
- Accurate processing of transactions via POS system
- Live and breathe the Blue Illusion Values**:Customers, Community, Relationships and Learning**:

- Uphold brand standards through personal presentation and store visual merchandising
- Support the Management team in stock control

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Experience in retail, preferably women's apparel
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience in using POS
- Passion for fashion and customer service
