**About the role**
We are seeking a **Key Account & Sales Support Specialist** to join our progressive and fast paced 4PL logistics company (Lodestar) based at our Greenlane, Auckland.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in managing customer accounts, supporting the sales team, and driving growth through data analysis and process optimization.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Account management, including managing customer inquiries and issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinating the onboarding of new customers and ensuring effective training on Lodestar systems.
- Collaborating with internal teams to build efficiencies in sales processes and customer service.
- Developing pricing proposals and supporting business growth opportunities.
- Analysing sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.

- Strong account management and customer service skills.
- Proven experience in sales support and process improvement.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent analytical skills with a passion for working with data.
- Ability to think creatively and identify innovative solutions to sales challenges.
