We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Health & Wellbeing Coordinator to join us in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland and be part of our impressive Health, Safety & Wellbeing Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join us to help shape and develop our Wellbeing initiatives at T+T. No day will be the same, you'll be able to get involved in a huge variety of work.

In this role you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate advice on Occupational Health and Safety requirements (Statutory, Company, Industry Standard & Client). With a primary focus being on Health and Wellbeing components of the management system.

Your day could involve:

- Preparation of Health & Wellbeing management plans and procedures (including modification / amendment of existing company management plans & procedures) for new projects and submissions
- Coordination of risk workshops for new/existing projects
- Coordination and support for our Wellbeing Champions
- Review of key risks and controls arising from risk workshops into corporate/project management plans
- Preparation of presentations for delivery to key stakeholders
- Support and manage any HSW monitoring and measurement (Audit/Inspections) processes around T+T/Geotechnics offices or site works
**Na tōu rourou | What you'll bring**
- Occupational Health & Safety Diploma or equivalent would be preferred
- Strong knowledge and experience in the implementation of Wellbeing Programmes
- Understanding of a holistic Wellbeing approach
ICAM investigation training and experience preferred
- Audit training and experience
- A collaborative influencer - we are looking for an educator, not an enforcer
- Ability to look at situations from both a commercial and customer perspective
- High attention to detail and passion for people
