**The role**:
This position exists to provide leadership oversight for the promotion, sales and delivery of market leading, outcomes-focused Health and Wellbeing Workplace Health Services that improve health for participants, build optimised relationships with our clients, achieve a best-in-market brand reputation, and deliver a strong P&L result and strategic growth for the business for the Region.
**Key Responsibilities**
Strategy
- Develop and execute strategy for the New Zealand business (in conjunction with the Vitality
- Works Senior Leadership team)
- Contribute to centres of excellence and share knowledge across the business
- Performance
- Improve performance and productivity of business
- Deliver strategic growth for the business through identifying key opportunities
- Adherence to monthly P&L of business - management of resources, etc
- Manage cash flow across New Zealand
- Ensure process, systems & structures are optimised to deliver maximised business performance & efficiencies
- Oversee the management of services and programs to agreed plans across the Region
People
- Drive engagement/culture program for our people
- Build capability within the key leadership team in NZ
- Lead and manage direct reports to ensure optimal customer service
- Work with the Senior Leadership team to build appropriate structures and delivery processes that are consistent with our strategy
Client
- Build the Vitality Works brand and business across New Zealand
- Build long-term strategic relationships with clients
- Ensure client satisfaction from sales to service delivery to reporting and invoicing/payment
- Drive client feedback mechanisms and develop/implement improvement plans to ensure optimised client satisfaction/delight and repeat/increased business
- Ensure full business use of, and contribute to updating of, CRM to support the customer environment and best service solutions
Marketing and innovation
- Contribute to the New Zealand marketing and social media initiatives as appropriate
- Implementation of programs initiated both corporately and by individual sites, where appropriate
- Have input into customer insights and programs that help grow the business and provide ongoing innovation.
Reporting
- Ensure timely completion of weekly and monthly reports
- Quarterly Business Reviews
- Board-related reports
- Vitality Works Risk Register
- Ad hoc reports as requested
- Degree qualified in relevant discipline such as allied health or business and a strong interest in health & wellbeing.
- Minimum 10 years related experience/industry
- Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills and ability to motivate/influence team performance to achieve business goals.
- Understands relevant legislation and systems relevant to the health industry e.g., OH&S, IR, Clinical Governance, Data Security and Privacy requirements
- Ability to drive strategic business growth
- Demonstrated strong business acumen and understands financial management techniques/models
- Critical thinker that is solutions focused
- Innovative change manager - always looking to improve, excel and delight.
