**The Ghella Abergeldie Joint Venture is seeking a Health and Wellbeing **Advisor** to join the team on a part-time basis. Based between our main office in Onehunga and **our** May Road site in Mount Roskill, the primary responsibility is to provide education, support and promote and facilitate health, safety, and wellbeing outcomes across the GAJV project. The role is instrumental to **ensure the clinical wellbeing support is provided to employees, to prevent and manage lifestyle health risks and promote wellbeing.**

**What you’ll get involved in**:

- Provide a variety of health and wellbeing support to the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Practitioner and Health and Safety Manager
- Implement and monitor relevant health and wellbeing surveys, programmes, and initiatives
- Develop and deliver health and wellbeing toolbox talks on site, and weekly induction training on the health and wellbeing modules
- Undertake ergonomic assessments in the office and on site
- Conduct drug & alcohol testing as required and support and assist in the referral of Employee Drug & Alcohol Rehabilitation
- Provide post-incident support to employees
- Stakeholder engagement with referral partners, suppliers, contractors, project teams and employees
- Relevant qualification/s in Health and Wellbeing, health promotion, education or similar
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Experience in, or working understanding of injury management, ideally within the construction industry or similar
- Working knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015
- Skilled with Microsoft Suite
- Strong coordination administration skills and attention to detail
- Team player, pro-active approach toward teamwork
- Clean and Full Driver’s Licence is essential
