Ensure setups and breaks downs are done daily as per set standards All checklist followed
Comply with all the Xenia Group operational policies & procedures.
Ensure weekly ordering lists are made out based on par stock levels and orders placed accordingly. This would be for all beverage and consumables
Ensure that your Manager license is kept current and up to date
Ensure all checklists are done and updated as needed, including the food control plan
Ensure that all host responsibility procedures are followed to the t
Maintain an acceptable degree of knowledge about food & beverage product, and updated regularly based on new menus
Ensure that weekly rosters are done with the manager and set out a month in advance and updated weekly as needed
Ensure that month end stock takes are done after service on the last day of every month or before service on the first day of the following month, and sent to accounts accordingly
Ensure that cash-ups are done daily as per the company policies and dropped in the safe
Ensure that there is a good amount of change / coins and notes in the tills & safe to swap if needed
Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members of the team.
Ensure that all items required for service are in stock and / or ordered if needed including and not limited to napkins, cutlery, straws, docket printer paper, Eftpos paper etc
Maintain your appearance in accordance with Xenia Group grooming standards and ensure all staff follow the same and are up to standard
Carry out any other related duties as directed by the Senior Management.
Ensure that there is an open communication with the kitchen and ensure all food items are available at all times
Ensure all training and staff meetings are attended and encourage staff to do the same
Help produce an environment of learning and professionalism
Ensure that Xenia Group Limited standard operating procedures are followed always.
Ensure the incident Log Book and forms are filled out for all incidents and follow through of all filed incidents with results
Ensure all the health and safety procedures are followed by yourself and all staff
Basic Bartending and waitering experience and ability is a must
Maintain a clean and safe working area always
Minimise wastage AND wage control always.
Ensure that your work is carried out in a timely and efficient fashion which includes all operational and admin duties
Work and help the kitchen crew in service as and when necessary
Anticipate and attend to the guests needs and desires immediately.
Check for bookings daily and setup as needed
Received all incoming good and check off all deliveries and returns (Ensure credit notes are issued for all returns) Pass this onto accounts as a signed docket
