We are looking for a dedicated and smart Front of House Leader to be a part of our team in a brand new restaurant. You will be responsible for welcoming guests and directing them to their respective tables. You should also be able to handle reservations by phone as well as receive walk-ins.

You should be able to instruct waiters, and keep them in the loop of any client requests. Moreover, you should be able to interview, recruit, and train new hires. As a Front of House, you should be able to adhere to the industry and hygiene standards at all times.

To be able to perform at this job role, you should display good time management and organizational skills. You should also be able to multitask and make quick decisions. You should be well-groomed and hold a presentable demeanor at all times.

**Responsibilities**
- Handling and confirming telephonic reservations
- Receiving walk-ins
- Taking client requests and ensuring completion of the same
- Providing guests with food and drink menus and directing them to their tables
- Instructing and supervising Waiters
- Interviewing, hiring, and training new recruits
- Responding to any customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining industry and hygiene standards at all times
- Attending staff trainings and programs

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Front of House Staff, or a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Well-groomed individual with a welcoming personality
- Ability to work at long hours and on weekends or public holidays
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
- Ability to offer excellent customer service

**Salary**: From $21.30 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
