We are seeking a motivated and versatile **Front of House/Back of House Assistant** to support both customer-facing and kitchen operations in our busy and dynamic ICE CREAM STORE. This role requires flexibility, excellent communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Front of House (FOH) Duties**:

- Greet and assist customers, providing a welcoming experience.
- Manage the flow of orders between customers and the kitchen.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist with basic service tasks such as clearing tables and restocking supplies.
- ** Back of House (BOH) Duties**:

- Support kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Assist in receiving and organizing inventory.
- Help with dishwashing, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.

**Requirements**:

- Must live within walking distance from **GIAPO**.
- Must be available during **Christmas and New Year** holidays.
- Must have a **valid working visa**.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Flexible and willing to assist where needed in both FOH and BOH areas.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus.
