**Reception / Front of House for inner city Creative Advertising Agency**

As the first human FCB Aotearoa’s clients, partners and team see when they walk through our front doors and past our life sized cow and table tennis table, you will be a pivotal part of this fun and welcoming creative agency based in Freemans Bay.

We’re seeking an outgoing and people-focused Front of House to join our team of 150+. This is a creative and innovative environment, where no two days are the same and there’s always something exciting on the go.

**The role**:
This role supports the Office Manager, and works closely with the wider office. In our open plan office, you won’t feel you’re out the front on your own. Our Front of House space hosts table tennis battles on the daily, and leads directly through to our social café area and meeting rooms. It’s the heart of the agency and there is a constant buzz of activity - you’ll have mates all across the agency

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

- Meeting, greeting and registering visitors.
- Managing all deliveries/couriers and mail
- Booking and maintaining meeting room needs
- Working closely with our Office Manager and our Good Vibes Officer (yes, that’s a thing here)
- Ordering stationary, grocery and office supplies
- Ad hoc requests as needed in front of house capacity
- Being the glue that keeps it all together

You’ll have a detailed handover to get you started and provide you with all the support you need to succeed, and the positive energy of 150+ FCB’ers alongside you.

This role is a full time position, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but for the right fit and can-do attitude, this is not a deal breaker
- You have strong multi-tasking skills, able to juggle with a smile and organisation is in your DNA
- You’re quick off the mark to pick things up and improve on existing systems and processes #neverfinished
