We've done a lot over the past few years in ramping up our transformation programme and are now on the lookout for an exceptional **People Business Partner** to join our Support Centre team to support our stores with fantastic advice and service. As part of our People Partnering team, you will partner with business owners and leaders in our stores as a trusted partner and adviser, supporting them to proactively resolve people issues early and pragmatically. You’ll bring insight and awareness to opportunities that improve performance and engagement, developing a culture of leadership accountability.

We’re looking for someone with an exceptional HR Business Partner skillset; a generalist who has a good grounding in complex employment relations with IR experience an advantage.

**Reporting to the Head of People Partnering you will**:

- Be a trusted coach and partner for business owners and leaders across our store network, enabling them to manage people matters successfully.
- Act as a champion for our team member experience.
- Be a change champion, driving and supporting change at every scale through the business.
- Be a SME for HR policies, procedures and systems, provide pragmatic advice and coaching on people matters.
- Deliver continuous improvement of the service we provide to our internal customers.
- Solid experience in managing complex ER cases and experience with unions and collective agreements, preferably within a retail environment.
- Strong relationship building skills, able to bring people with you on a journey.
- Exceptional coaching and partnering skills, able to build strong relationships based on trust.
- Strong communication skills, including listening.
- Commercially astute, understanding key business drivers and the contribution we can make.
- Experience in a retail or similarly fast paced environment.
- Experience with change and/or transformational programmes is preferred.
