**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

We seek enthusiastic and engaging customer services reps to join our Student Hubs and Client Services teams as **Student Hubs and Client Services Assistants**.

Our team is responsible for providing high-quality, customer-focused services to our students, enabling them to successfully navigate critical steps of the student journey. This includes connecting students to self-service options and referring them to specialist staff and services as required.

**Positions**:
We have permanent and casual positions.

Permanent positions are part-time, ranging from 22 to 32 hours per week.

While casual positions are for on-demand work.

**Hours**:
We offer various work patterns between 7am and 10pm on weekdays and 8am to 10pm on weekends.

**Locations**:
We have multiple vacancies at our City, Epsom, Grafton, and Tai Tonga (Manukau) campus Student Hubs. For more information about these locations, including their hours of operation, please visit our website LINK.

**Start date and training**:
The expected start date for this role would be between 15 May and 22 May. On-the-job training will be provided in the first two weeks. Hours of training may differ from your usual hours.

**Pay rate**:
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $23.01 to $25.05 per hour.

We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ability to be composed, efficient and organised is a must. As we are a large and complex organisation, relevant experience in the tertiary sector will be considered favorably but not essential.

- Five weeks’ annual leave per annum (pro-rated)
- Up to 6.75% employer superannuation contribution for staff in permanent positions
