**What this opportunity involves**:
We are on the lookout for people focused professional to join our Christchurch based team to become our new Community Manager on behalf of JLL at a tech client site.

The principal objectives of the Community Manager are to take ownership of the front of house experience, orientation and settling in new staff, be part of the facilities management team and providing a great workplace experience. While also helping with business events and community-based initiatives to boost the office morale and employee engagement.

**Snapshot of the role**:
Own the workspace ensuring a fantastic customer experience is delivered all the time
You will be instrumental in ensuring the workplace delivers a great experience, through continuous engagement and communication. Making sure you have happy customers in your community, and proactively resolving queries and issues, will be the cornerstone to your success in this role.
Maintain effective business relationships with the client, understanding their needs, and ensure that customers are given prompt and efficient service, and that expectations are consistently exceeded
Get involved with social aspects of the office and drive culture
Assist with finance management including raising work orders and processing invoices

This role is ideal for someone coming from a hospitality and customer service background who is passionate about people and providing them with great experiences. You will be able to interact with a wide range of client staff including senior levels, be a natural “people person” with strong relationship building skills.

You will come in and own the role, engaging with all employees and ensure the workplace provides delivers a great experience for staff, so a friendly and positive attitude is key.
