Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Associate based in Christchurch. Key responsibilities include driving property sales, building and maintaining client relationships, providing market analysis and insights, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Senior Sales Associate will work closely with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to facilitate property transactions, achieve targets, and contribute to the overall success of the team. This role requires a proactive, motivated individual who demonstrates professionalism and industry expertise.

Qualifications

  • Sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and property evaluation
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems relevant to sales and property management
  • Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in real estate or related fields will be an advantage
  • Possession of a valid real estate license is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
