Change Lead

We currently have an exciting Change Manager role in our Customer Experience Division and we'd love to hear from you. **Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**
- In this role you'll help lead organisational change relating to customer experiences.
- You'll work as part of the Customer Experience team, bringing sharp focus to driving better customer outcomes across Auckland Transport
- And you'll manage all aspects of the change cycle - from planning change, to managing change to implementation - with a focus on minimising customer disruption
- Additionally you'll work as a coach, advisor and guide - to help lead successful change initiatives for our people, to be able to deliver to our customers

**So, what are we looking for?**
- Across all roles, we'd love change management experience with knowledge of change management frameworks, methodologies and tools
- You might be accredited in PROSCI, or bring expertise in other change methodology
- Or you could have people, HR and or transformation project or programme skills
- Most importantly, you'll have a growth mindset and the ability to coach and think from an end user perspective
- We work in waterfall and agile methodologies and we'd love to hear from those with HCD and Lean understanding too
- What's a given is your ability to work at pace, in a highly ambiguous environment
