**The opportunity - Te tūranga**

In this brand-new role you will be reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, as well as having a direct relationship with the Chief People Officer who is the Executive Sponsor of the culture and capabilities transformation workstream. You will be responsible for driving the desired cultural shifts including change readiness, acceptance and leadership; and building digital and execution capabilities across the business to support the transformation of TVNZ into an efficient, multi-platform digital media company. You will need a change mindset and a readiness to be disruptive in thoughts.

The key responsibilities will be focused on:

- Identify major cultural shifts required and develop an integrated plan to deliver that shift across TVNZ
- Empower our people so they are adaptable, agile and change ready.
- Create a strong network of change champions within the business
- Align reward, performance management and recognition programs with the strategic plan
- Build capabilities within the organisation at all levels to support and deliver the change required

To be successful in this role you will need to bring the following:

- Change Management or Leadership Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading transformational people change programs of work with proven success.
- Demonstrated ability to develop clear communications, captivating presentations, and engaging training content
- Must have a strong working knowledge of modern HR practices and has preferably led a People function
- Ability to partner with and influence GM leaders across the business
- Confident to successfully influence and mobilise cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes
- Solid understanding of business policy, business process mapping and workflow development.
