**About the opportunity**

At Xplor, the Central Technology Team has one main purpose: to enable and complement the business strategies and goals while solving real problems for our customers and users.

You'll join Xplor Security, a global team that manages Security for all of our products and services.

This role leads a global team of talented security professionals to run continuous testing across our products, systems and platforms, to maintain maximum visibility over our security risk exposure, and to assist our product developers and system administrators to mitigate against security risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in IT, Engineering and Product
- Co-ordinate actions between Engineering and other Defence & Response teams such as CTR and Adversary to ensure a constant feedback loop between attack and defence tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
- Plan, prioritise and manage the delivery of the adversary security testing schedule across Xplor products and infrastructure
- Contribute to the ongoing development of standards, processes, and architectural patterns to improve security
- Ongoing operational, risk and compliance led tasks related to security
- Develop talent
- Manage the performance of team members
- Create training plans
- Attend people management training

Acting in an advisory capacity, you will QA and sign off on commercial grade reports which will be provided to our product and engineering teams for their remediation.

**Qualifications**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- Experience: 5+ years’ experience working in security operations and testing in a global, diverse technology organisation.
- Reverse engineering malware, data obfuscators, or ciphers
- Source code review for control flow and security flaws
- Thorough understanding of network protocols, data on the wire, and covert channels
- Mastery of Unix/Linux/Mac/Windows operating systems, including bash and PowerShell

**Desired Qualifications**
- Dev/Sec/Ops e.g., CDP / CDE
- Platform penetration testing e.g., eCPPT / OSCP / OSEP
- Red team / purple team e.g., CRTO / CRTP
