The Senior Business Manager is a senior level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of the Citi New Zealand franchise. This will include coordinating and engaging with key partners and stakeholders, managing audits, business continuity activities and addressing regulatory issues. The Senior Business Manager will prepare and coordinate internal and external presentations, key projects and contribute to the safety and soundness of the Citi New Zealand franchise. **Responsibilities**: - Effective local oversight and coordination of Citi New Zealand’s locally domiciled back and middle office functions and activities. - Daily support to the Citi New Zealand Citi Country Officer and partner with the Citi New Zealand Executive team. - Prepare and coordinate key internal and external presentations and documents. - Prepare and coordinate Citi New Zealand’s multiple external reporting requirements on a regular and timely basis. This includes critical regulatory reporting. - Prepare and coordinate Citi New Zealand’s internal risk, control and franchise reporting requirements. - Effectively project manage and coordinate various key Citi New Zealand franchise projects. - Coordination and management of various internal and external audits. - Providing Citi New Zealand Treasury local backup function when required. - Oversight and coordination of Citi New Zealand’s payments processes, daily liquidity management and local market risk. - Manage Citi New Zealand executive meetings and governance framework. This includes agenda and report preparation, ensuring meeting effectiveness and recording key minutes and actions. - Responsibility for Citi New Zealand’s staff Superannuation requirements and reporting. - Local oversight of Citi technology and systems. - Responsibility for Citi New Zealand’s Continuity of Business (COB) activities. - Citi New Zealand representation on certain external Boards and policy committees where required. - **Skills and Experiences Required**: - 7-10 + years of experience in financial services or relevant sector - Demonstrated working knowledge of financial services industry - Strong analytical skills - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively within a diverse team and engage across multiple levels.- **Job Family Group**: Business Strategy, Management & Administration - **Job Family**: Business Administration - **Time Type**: Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
