**Senior Commercial Manager**

Working in our Auckland (Takanini) based Head Office we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our team at Hall's Cold Chain Logistics. As the Senior Commercial Manager, you will report to the CFO and work closely with Head of Finance as well as the Sales and Operations teams in driving the commercial strategy and delivering revenue growth for our business in New Zealand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with developing and implementing commercial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Assist with managing and negotiating contracts
- Analysis of market trends and identifying new business opportunities and improvements
- Develop pricing strategies to optimize margins and remain competitive in the market
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to provide insight into commercial performance and customer profitability and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of projects
- Assist with the building of the annual budget and monitoring of actual performance versus budget
- Manage and mitigate commercial risks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide support to the wider Finance team as required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in commercial management or related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing commercial risks
- Analytical and strategic thinker
- Ability to work collaboratively and build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
