We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Manager to help drive excellence in our customer relations and enhance operational efficiency in our services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement customer service policies and standards to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive steps to address service issues.
- Ensure staff adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and client service expectations.
- Ensure timely response and resolution of complaints related to cleaning services.
- Train staff on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety practices.
- Work with cleaning supervisors and field teams to improve cleaning efficiency.
- Liaising with internal teams and clients to identify and respond to customer expectations
- Develop strategies to retain existing clients and attract new customers.
- Build strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback and service performance.

**Person Specification**
- Must have relevant Bachelor qualification and three years of relevant work experience
- Customer-focused mindset with conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Able to work during weekend and public holiday if required
