About the Role
Our Professional Products Division provides hair care and hair colour products and services to salons across New Zealand. Our brands include Kerastase, L’Oreal Professionnel, Redken, Pureology and Matrix. We partner with hairdressing salons, offering products made from the best technologies and offer superior training which is at the forefront of trends
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets within a designated sales territory.
- Confidently train and educate hairdressers to the highest level in product knowledge and ensure launch and animation success, promote the correct usage of products and procedures, in line with Company specifications.
- Utilize your hairdressing skills and background to optimize sell out in relation to salon business
- Work remotely to manage and craft your territory as if it is your own business.
- Work with a team of like-minded industry professionals that operate from a value-based mantra of respect, kindness, honesty, joyfulness, positivity, passion, and fun
- This role is an Auckland region-based position with up to 8 nights away from home per month required

About You
- You have 5 years previous experience within a similar role or within a similar environment or industry
- You are a Qualified Hairdresser
- You are passionate about leveraging your education skill set to achieve sell-out Focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results driven and flexible in approach
- Process a growth mindset with the ability to adapt and pivot when necessary
- Prior Knowledge and experience in Territory Management or industry education
- Strong relationship management skills
