Are you an experienced **Business Transformation Consultant **with a strong focus in **Organisational Change and IT Service Management **who is looking to make a difference for the customers you work with?

DXC’s Consulting team play a critical role in enabling our clients to transform their digital and business landscapes. Based in either Auckland or Wellington, you would join a small but passionate team working with our clients across the country.

In this role you will be responsible for partnering with our clients to co-create and implement innovative and effective strategies designed to bring their visions and technologies to life.

You will possess consultative selling and human-centric design know-how across a range of business consulting disciplines.

Our Consultants are knowledgeable, personable, and focused on the achieving the best outcomes for our clients and their business requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build strong professional and ongoing relationship with our clients.
- Develop and demonstrate knowledge and skills across a range of business consulting disciplines and business strategies such as organisational change, service management and ITSM, human-centred design and user experience, business process design, benefit management and realisation, product management and ownership, agile and scrum.
- Work with our clients to articulate their case for digital transformation and change.
- Work as a key resource on teams delivering programs of business and digital change to clients.
- Facilitate ideation workshops to help clients understand, define and plan for their business challenges as part of a wider program of work.
- Help clients to understand their level of business and digital maturity through conversations and assessments.
- Co-design organisation and people focused strategies and plans to enable the business to transform to future ways of working.
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure they are aware of change and how it impacts them and their people.
- Work with client team members to translate technology change into meaningful people, communication, engagement and learning initiatives.
- Assist clients in implementing change, and in sustaining that change and the benefits achieved.
- Facilitate and build business consulting awareness and capabilities within client organisations.
- Builds customer loyalty through being a trusted advisor.
- Partner effectively with others in the account to ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Work with client teams to gather and develop an accurate understanding of business requirements and related issues - both business and technical.
- Establish and demonstrate thought leadership in your speciality consulting areas with our clients.
- Work with the Consulting Team to develop collateral, material, and templates to build our library for future engagements and client deliverables.
- Work with DXC account teams to identify opportunities and develop solution and bid responses that meet our client’s business requirements.

**Key Competencies and Skills**

**Experience, Acumen, Education and Qualifications**:

- 4-7 years-experience in delivering, implementing, and facilitating business consulting initiatives, organisational change, service management, ITSM, people, operational and digital transformations in complex and challenging environments.
- Experience in Human Centred Design and Agile projects.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills: the ability to listen, understand, and communication information in a confident, clear, and straight-forward manner.
- Consistently display a positive, enthusiastic, co-operative & service focused attitude.
- Maintain a high quality of professional presentation at all times.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Can appropriately tailor communications to varying levels of customer management.
- Appropriate solution or career certifications.
- Knowledge of the range of DXC’s technology and solutions would be an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a high-level of written communication, including pre-sales and bid response collateral.
