In response to our continued growth, we're looking for an experience Business Consultant specializing in our Human Resources and Payroll product to join our high performing Application Managed Consulting (AMS) team.

TechnologyOne's HRP (Human Resource & Payroll) product is a comprehensive cloud-based solution designed to streamline and automate HR and payroll functions. It enables organisations to manage employee data, payroll processing, leave management, performance appraisals, recruitment, and compliance all in one platform. With a focus on enhancing operational efficiency, HRP offers real-time analytics and reporting, ensuring accurate data-driven decisions. Ideal for businesses looking to optimize workforce management and ensure regulatory compliance, TechnologyOne's HRP product is a robust tool for modern HR departments.

What you'll be doing…

As a Business Consultant you will proactively deliver contracted consulting services and drive continuous improvement for our customers across our many products. Your duties will include:

• Working side by side with our customers to implement, configure, and upgrade our best-in-class SaaS ERP software solutions
• Providing hands on implementation through the project lifecycle, including:
• Design verification
• Reconfiguration
• Customer support, guidance, coaching
• Testing support
• Learning and applying our game-changing tailored implementation methodologies on all products.
• Establish and maintain engagement with all customers and internal stakeholders as required.
• Engage with Consulting Enablement teams to provide any feedback that may assist with the continual evolution of our offering, processes, systems and tools.
• Complete customer program deliverables on time, within project scope and per the negotiated contract/program particulars.
• Basically, you are the face of TechnologyOne to our customers during programs of work, and you will own all the excitement, pressure, and achievement of taking them live

Your Talents…

• Due to the clients this position will be working with, knowledge of the NZ Payroll / Holiday Act Legislation is essential.
• Experience with TechnologyOne's HRP product would be highly regarded
• Customer centric, you're a customer advocate and know how to take a customer on a journey, delivering a compelling customer experience at all times.
• Experience working in consulting capacity.
• A background with ERP systems, or other complex software products (SaaS products ideally)
