He pūkenga tou - Skills & Experience
- A degree in computer science or a related discipline is great but the right attitude and passion to learn on the job is equally important.
- Prior Helpdesk experience not essential but welcomed.
- A desire to learn about new technologies and how they can help improve our customers' ability to deliver.
- A passion for providing world-class customer service, always striving to help our users quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to trouble-shoot and problem-solve with a focus on quickly identifying and resolving customer issues.
- Keen organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

**We expect to appoint an annual salary in the range of**: $80,000 to $85,000 for this role.
