**Your day-to-day**:

**Your team**:
You'll join Lotto NZ's Digital Marketing team, part of the wider Marketing division. We're a collaborative crew passionate about creating engaging digital experiences for millions of Kiwis. From social campaigns to data-driven performance marketing, we bring Lotto NZ's brands to life online.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in planning and delivering campaigns, briefing creative teams, and using insights to make every dollar count. You'll work closely with brand, product, design, and media partners because great ideas happen when we work together.

**A bit about you**:
As an experienced **digital marketing superstar**, you'll be passionate about creating impactful campaigns and proud of the results you deliver. You will have:

- **Hands-on experience** running digital performance campaigns across Google Ads and social channels.
- A knack for **using data and analytics** to optimise campaigns and report on results.
- Strong skills in **briefing and creating content** for digital platforms, including social media.
- Familiarity with tools like **Google Analytics (GA4), Facebook Business Manager**, and social media management platforms.
- The ability to **manage multiple campaigns** from planning to post-analysis without breaking a sweat.
- A creative eye for **writing great copy** and ensuring content is on-brand and engaging.
- A collaborative approach: comfortable working with internal teams and external partners.
- Curiosity to **stay ahead of digital trends** and experiment with new ideas.
