**Job Type**: 5-month contract

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, market share, and profitability.
- Execute paid search, display, and remarketing campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, and TradeMe.
- Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends in the property development industry, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience and ensure brand consistency.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms and websites to maximize online presence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven working experience (3-5 years) in digital marketing, specifically in lead generation.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads, Meta, and Trade Me campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Experience in the real estate or property development industry is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
