The **Resource Management Analyst **oversees the forecasting, planning and scheduling of team members and resources for the NZ Telco business. Integral to the seamless operation of our centralised Work Management Centre, the Resource Management Analyst collaborates extensively with office and field teams to ensure effective management of labour costs, budgets and gross margin targets. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing team with excellent, established processes and would suit a workforce planning/ rostering specialist looking to break into the industry, or a Telecommunications industry professional looking for their next step.

- Strong understanding of fundamental aspects of business including operations, scheduling management and financial management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer service orientation, with the customer at forefront of planning and scheduling resources.
- Intermediate to advance Excel skills and able to manage multiple software platforms simultaneously.Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail, driving results through organising and leading resources.
