**About the role**

A newly created role in our Finance Operations team focusing on delivery of payroll and coaching support to our Member stores. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with a portfolio of stores and will have direct line management for a small team of payroll specialists.

The creation of this new role will ensure consistent quality output of payroll services and appropriate coaching & future development for our stores and your team. You will work proactively to identify opportunities for improvement (process, systems, data, vendor management needs, training gaps etc.).

**This role will provide a ton of variety and challenge Some of the responsibilities will include**:

- Oversight of the delivery of outsourced payroll services to designated stores who have opted in to the programme
- Managing the relationships with the operators and staff within these stores, being the key Payroll point person for technical queries, problems and escalations of payroll issues
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Centralised Payroll Specialists, ensuring that they are delivering complete service across the processing areas for designated stores

- Assisting with resolution of issues, development and refining processes and executing practical solutions

**About you**

It goes without saying that you will be a systems whizz - PayGlobal and SAP payroll systems knowledge would be great as we transition. You will be an inspiring leader and will have operationally managed a small team previously or stepped into a leadership role recently and are now ready to grow further
