My client is an international leader in the Freight forwarding and logistics industry operating for over 30 years, providing freight as well as effective warehousing solutions which result in full visibility and control for their customers. By being innovators, they have become market leaders in a world where supply chain is more complicated than ever before.

**The Role**

You will be reporting to the Administration supervisor with a close-knit finance team. We are looking out for an experienced accounts payable officer to be part of the collaborative team. You will be responsible for:

- Full function accounts payable, making sure invoices are approved, coded and processed in a timely manner
- Assisting with the Accountant with accruals
- Ordering office consumables such as uniforms and stationery
- Dealing with the warehouse staff regarding parcels
- Assisting with claims
- Managing queries from external and internal stakeholders
- Ad-hoc duties when needed

**Skills & Experience**

To be successful in this role, you will have high level of
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven accounts payable experience
- Ability to build relationship and communicate with stakeholders
- Dynamic and motivated attitude
