Foodies is an organisation that 25,000 kiwis are proud to be part of. Over the past 100 years we’ve built up a network of almost 350 PAK’n’SAVE’s, New World’s, Four Squares and Gilmours stores across the North Island.

Due to an internal promotion we are currently looking for an Office Support Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis.

**About the role**:
As part of our office centralisation team, you’ll play a key role in delivering best in class back-office support across Foodstuffs North Island and our stores. What does that mean? As Office Support Assistant, you’ll amongst other things:

- Monitor, direct or resolve all store account queries and office support calls raised through our service portal.
- Support the team in proactive and reactive communication to the wider business
- Support the optimisation of office operational finance processes

As you develop and build your knowledge of how we tick, you’ll assist in the wider Stores Office Support team delivery of training, ad-hoc projects and general support activity while continuously identifying ways to help the business operate more efficiently and effectively.

**About you**:
This is an entry level role that requires a customer centric approach, good relationship management and the ability to work with others to achieve awesome outcomes for our business. With good attention to detail, you’ll be comfortable in all things administration and will thrive in a busy, fast paced environment.

This is a great opportunity for either someone who has worked as an administrator looking for a role with career direction into accounting or a first jobber looking to build their career in New Zealand’s largest, Kiwi owned grocery retailer.
