Due to ongoing growth, a number of customer care consultant positions are available, based at our **Auckland Distribution Centre.**

**About the role**:
In this Dynamic inbound call centre role, you will be working in a stimulation and collaborative environment, helping customers with their inquiries and ensuring that their experience is as enjoyable as possible and enquiries are resolved promptly.

**What will make you successful**:

- Great customer service experience, passion for helping people and solving problems, and deal effectively with demanding customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a great phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly.
- A positive attitude that has our customers and people at the height of decision making
- Willingness to work in a fast paced, but fun, energetic and vibrant team culture
- Call centre experience desirable but not essential Retail experience and a passion for the outdoors ideal

**Please note: our operating hours are in Australian Eastern Standard Time.**

**_Our call centre operational hours are between 7:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm Saturday/Sunday (during daylight savings hours), 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Saturday/Sunday (during non daylight savings hours). Successful applicants will be required to work rotating weekend shifts. _**
