Northpower is on a stable growth mode, and to cater to the growing needs of the business, we’re on the lookout for an Onboarding Administrator to join our awesome Recruitment Team on a 6 month Fixed Term contract.
- Reporting to the Attraction and Retention Manager, you will support the organisation by providing effective and timely recruitment coordination and support. You will also:
- Facilitate and coordinate job requisition and approval process on the system (Cornerstone)
- Manage general recruitment enquiries
- Create employment agreements and on-boarding paperwork
- Organise pre-employment checks, including MOJ and reference checking, medicals and travel bookings for our overseas hires
- Ensure induction and appropriate on-boarding has been completed
- Update and maintain employee files on SharePoint
- Assist the Recruitment Advisors with phone screening and other ad hoc recruitment tasks

**About you**
- Ideally, you will be an Administration Superstar who’s had experience working in either internal or agency recruitment/onboarding space in a fast-paced environment. You will also have:
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills, enjoy working with people and have an engaging approach
- A high attention to detail, time management and able to work with people at all levels of our business
- Ability to plan and effectively prioritise work tasks to meet changing deadlines
