Exciting role for an HR administrator that enjoys a varied
**Your new company**
A global commercial real estate services firm. They have a great opportunity for a seasoned HR Administrator in a 6-month temporary role.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll be responsible for providing the following core services:

- Managing payroll support calls with the external payroll provider
- Acting as the first point of call for payroll queries for all employees
- Preparing offers and variations, and maintaining personnel files
- Providing onboarding support - administrating our onboarding system and liaising with new starters and managers to ensure all onboarding tasks are completed
- Providing off-boarding support - administrating the exit process
- Providing administration support for special projects

**What you'll need to succeed**
You'll be an HR administrator who is able to work with a high level of autonomy in addition to the following skills:

- Minimum of 1-2 year’s administration experience, ideally in HR Experience working with online recruitment, onboarding, learning management and payroll systems, or an HRIS (ideally Workday) is highly beneficial
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong MS skills especially in word and excel
- A relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable
